This black and white crinoline Hatinator comes on a round sinamay base.  Rows of crinoline have carefully been hand-stitched in place to create this unique effect, and topped up with sinamay swirls and lustrous feathers.  Black diamantes fancify this fascinator and shows of the intricacy of this beauty.  It comes with millinery elastic for the wearer’s comfort and stability.
