This charming “Borboor” Percher-style fascinator is an expertly crafted piece that's full of exquisite detail. It features a Percher sinamay disk base of two contrasting colors (purple and blue), and is trimmed with a dramatic crinoline swirl and scattered diamantes. It comes on a wired headband with a comb for added security, and one size fits all. It is a perfect head piece for the opening day of Kentucky Derby, a wedding, cocktail party or a tea party.
