“Garden” Crinoline Fascinator

Rows of hand-stitched crinoline form the base of this interesting fascinator on a sinamay base.  It then has another layer of crinoline hand-stitched in, only this time these top layers are distressed, resulting in its extravagant look!  It comes on a head elastic and is very light to wear.
