The Founder and Creative Director behind ByAlpha Couture, Janet Andoh, was born in London (England) and graduated as a Soft Furnishings Designer at The London Guildhall University (now London Guildhall College) in 1999. Having worked in this field for over 20 years but with a zeal for constant development, she sought to find other means of utilizing her time. Her urge to explore millinery became increasingly great when she observed the need to bring some real high fashion to the state of Maine (where she resided for 15 years before moving to GA) - and hence, her wonderful new experience began in the world of millinery and the birth of ByAlpha Couture in 2014!

The brand prides itself in offering a unique range of beautifully handcrafted hats and headpieces, each created with passion, inspiration, love, and attention to detail in the Ellenwood Studio. Using traditional millinery techniques, ByAlpha Couture transforms the finest quality materials into highly elegant, original, and easy-to-wear statement pieces.
