Rows of crinoline have carefully been hand-stitched in place using a sinamay base, to create this unique effect, and topped up with sinamay swirls and lustrous feathers. Black diamantes beautify this fascinator and shows off the intricacy of its beauty. It comes with millinery elastic (and an optional headband) for the wearer’s comfort and stability.

Perfect wear to the Royal Ascot, the Races, Kentucky Derby, for church wear, High Tea Party, Cocktail Parties, or any other special occasion.
