PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

ByAlpha Couture attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by ByAlpha Couture itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

DESIGN COLORS AND STYLES

ByAlpha Couture has taken care when photographing products to display the style, shape, and color as accurately as possible. We use natural light to help show the color as accurately as possible to how it looks in daylight. These photos are provided solely for convenience and are a guide only.

Please note that most products are handmade from natural materials, so minor shape and color differences can occur. In addition, the color you see on your screen can also be affected by the programming of your monitor color settings, room lighting, etc. Unfortunately, ByAlpha Couture cannot accept any responsibility for any variations in the appearance of the color/hue due to the computer equipment or software used by our clients.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices quoted are in US dollars. The price agreed at the time of order is based on the specifications of the client at the time. If these specifications change and additional materials, embellishments, and/or work are required, the price of the headpiece will increase in accordance with the added materials and time taken on the headpiece.

DELIVERY

We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect information provided by you, and if delivery is not made because of this, we will not accept any claims against us – this includes items being lost in the post because of incorrect delivery information.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

ByAlpha Couture aims to exceed your expectations. Due to the bespoke nature of our designs where each individual item is created specifically for a client, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty.

Refunds are given at our discretion, provided that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. This return must be previously arranged with us, either by telephone or email, in order for it to be valid.
