Measuring your head is both an art and a science.

Use a cloth measuring tape and measure the circumference of your head where you would normally wear a hat. Take the measurement in inches, then refer to the chart below.

If you’re between sizes, always choose the larger size — you can easily pad the hat smaller if needed.

Yes, absolutely! I love creating unique, made-to-order pieces.

Simply share a photo of your outfit (and extra fabric if available), and I’ll design a headpiece tailored perfectly for you. You’ll receive progress updates and final approval photos before your piece ships.

Color matching note:

While I can color-match from photos, it’s best to send a small piece of your outfit’s fabric or a close color sample for precision. Screens vary, and lighting can be misleading.

If you provide extra fabric, I can even incorporate it into your design for a flawless match.

Most designs are Made to Order and require up to 3 weeks before shipping.

In general, store your fascinator or hat in its original box, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Handle gently by the base, not by the embellishments.

All Ready-to-Wear designs are finished with a touch of Swarovski crystals (diamantés) for that signature ByAlpha Couture sparkle.

For Made-to-Order or Custom designs, you can choose:

1️⃣ With crystals — Swarovski crystals included.

2️⃣ Without crystals — a simpler, elegant finish.

Each ByAlpha Couture headpiece is carefully packaged in a beautiful signature hat box, before placing this into an outer sturdy box to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Each headpiece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the bespoke nature of these creations, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of damage or defect.

If you receive an item that arrives damaged:

1️⃣ Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

2️⃣ We’ll work swiftly to resolve the issue through a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

We understand that sometimes plans change. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through the website’s Contact Form or by replying to your order confirmation email.

Because each headpiece is handcrafted and often begins production shortly after purchase, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once materials have been cut or work has commenced.

Custom orders are made specifically for you and we begin production shortly after confirmation.

As such, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once work has begun.

However, your satisfaction is our priority — we’ll stay in touch throughout the design process to ensure your final piece is exactly as envisioned.

If you need to make a change to your order (shipping address, embellishment preference, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
