The Phyllis-Nicky Fascinator
The Phyllis-Nicky Fascinator is a notable, off centered headpiece that leans towards the left (or could be right) side of the head. Its base is cone-shaped in blue sinamay fabric with an overlay of white contrast cobweb fabric, giving it a unique touch. Over-sized bows and curled strips of sinamay with biot feathers and diamantes finish the headpiece off beautifully! This comes on a headband and head elastic for added security.
