Description
Positioned to rest on one corner of the head, this “CANDACE” percher-style fascinator features shades of blue signature petal flowers nestled on a black sinamay base. It is finished off with two yellow quills which have been further adorned with petal flowers. It comes on a headband and added elastic for security.
